Character Building through Yoga!

Welcome to the online press kit for Angel Bear Yoga™.

Angel Bear Yoga™ Where Your Heart Lights the Way is an interactive character building program incorporating Yoga, Nature and Creative Imagery for children.

Children follow Angel Bear into the forest for weekly adventures. Along the way, they learn to embody positive character traits by doing various yoga poses that coincide with the story. This program combines the physical benefits of yoga with a fun and entertaining way to spend quality time with children.  

This educational program is designed for parents, teachers, and anyone who works with young children as a way to promote stronger bodies and stronger character!  This is more than just a workout for little ones!
